CostaSure offers a free initial issue summary and paid automated checks. This page explains how refunds are handled for paid packages.
Free checks
The Initial Issue Summary is free. No payment is taken for the free check.
Paid checks
Paid CostaSure checks are automated digital services. Once a paid check has been submitted, processed and the automated response has been generated or sent, the service has started and may not normally be refundable.
When a refund may be considered
CostaSure may review refund requests where:
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- A technical error prevented the service from being provided.
- The wrong amount was charged.
- No automated response was generated or sent due to a system failure.
When a refund is unlikely
A refund is unlikely where the paid automated check has already been completed and delivered, or where the user changes their mind after receiving the response.
